Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Natural Biology (Zoology, Botany & Soil Science)
∎ or
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to be result oriented
∎ Responsible for creative market in given territory
∎ To maintain relationships with existing and new customers
∎ Building good relationships with different stake holders
∎ Searching for new market.
∎ Responsible for all necessary activities set by the management in the assigned areas.
∎ Must achieve sales targets.
∎ Collecting data along with feedback from the field for business development.
∎ Enable to work among the farmers (end user) level.
∎ Have to have good reporting quality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience is not mandatory but will be treated as an additional quality.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Using smartphone is mandatory
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
∎ Must know Motorbike driving

Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
