∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Educational background and age can be considered if someone have 5 years or more experience in aqua medicine sales.
∎ Person must having own motorcycle with smooth driving skill for work. Servicing bill will be provided as per company policy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales objectives through the generation of prescriptions & creates new aqua markets.
∎ Prepare proper target achievement strategy & achieve monthly, sessional & annual sales & collection target.
∎ Prepare product wise sales target forecast monthly and sessional & fullfill the productwise sales target according to forecast.
∎ Provide market feedback & competitors activities to management.
∎ Provide daily sales & collection report, farm visit report to the reporting authority.
∎ Create new clients/distributor of aqua medicine according to company policy with maintaining sustainable business environment.
∎ Organize GD & Seminar and effectively communicate aqua product information to farmers and distributors with ensure proper technical support.
