Job Context:
∎ Eco-Social Development Foundation (ESDF), a sister concern production institute of ESDO Thakurgaon. ESDF started its journey in 2018 with a good reputation in production. ESDF is going to implement Mozzarella Cheese Branding, Packaging and Distribution Project in Thakurgaon.
∎ ESDF is inviting applications from the potential candidates for the position of Manager for its Mozzarella Cheese Branding, Packaging and Distribution Project based at Thakurgaon district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees and administers the operations of a store. Receives, identifies and verifies merchandise. Provides information to and assists stakeholders.
∎ Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock. Contacts suppliers or searches catalogues to determine price and additional details concerning new items.
∎ Makes claims with transport companies if delivered items have been damaged.
∎ Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.
∎ Is responsible for cash and makes cash deposits.
∎ Verifies ledgers, statements and supporting documents.
∎ Communicates with others in order to receive or transmit information.
∎ According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated material, suggests substitutes available in the store.
∎ Reports to the accounts department of head office for sales, Cost of sales and Inventory for a manufacturing company.

∎ Researching clients and markets
∎ liaising with clients, agency staff and external suppliers of goods and services
∎ developing ideas for promotional marketing campaigns
∎ briefing agency staff, such as creative teams and production departments
∎ attending meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions
∎ writing and proofreading promotional marketing copy
∎ monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports
∎ compiling budgets and costing supplies and projects
∎ preparing and checking invoices and bills
∎ maintaining information on projects and clients
∎ assisting in the preparation of presentations to clients
∎ Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 years of experience in account management and admin section
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh financial and tax regulations
∎ Candidates working with 5 Star Hotels, Pizza Factories, Bakeries, Super shops, Airlines etc. as Sales/ Marketing jobs will be treated as additional qualification.
∎ Broad financial management skills to direct financial planning, accounting, internal control
∎ Proven integrity and good character especially in the stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability
∎ Strong commitment to team management approach, including good managerial, leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and negotiating skills
∎ Expertise in tally software (Must)
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel (Must)
∎ Hard working, enthusiastic, cultural/artistic minded.
∎ Willing to Work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. 30,000/-
