∎ Job Location: Head Office, Barisal division, Chattogram Division, Khulna division, Rangpur, Sylhet division and Dhaka Division (All over Bangladesh)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target driven position and incumbents are expected to discharge the following-
∎ Prospect and identify potential customers in the target market.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
∎ Provide accurate and detailed information about various water filter products existing in the market.
∎ Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate water filter solutions.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
∎ Should have tender related knowledge of same product.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.
∎ Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the sales manager.
∎ Build and maintain a database of customer contacts for future sales opportunities.
∎ Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to promote the company's water filters.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
∎ Maintain awareness of pricing and product availability.
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, preferably in the water filter or related industry, is advantageous.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting and negotiating sales deals.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with different levels of professionals.
∎ Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
∎ Ability to understand the customer's needs and provide suitable solutions.
∎ Initiative and self-drive to proactively seek new sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales quotas.
∎ Basic knowledge of water filtration systems, their functioning, and maintenance is beneficial.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
