Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends in the industry, and provide feedback to the marketing team for product development and improvement.
∎ Product Promotion: Actively promote products through various channels, including social media, presentations, and direct interactions with customers.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
∎ Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research findings, and provide regular reports to the management team.
