∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cement company, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the maximum number of outlets to sell our products.
∎ To ensure the coverage of all products in each outlet under his territory.
∎ To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time.
∎ To collect orders from dealers, distributors & retailers.
∎ Dealing with distributors & Retailers with confidence.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales and Market report.
∎ To act as a team member for better performance.
∎ To achieve sales target and collection target for each month.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with distributors and sales teams to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy.
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the Supervisor as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants who all have a Cement Industry background will be given preference.
∎ Must have mental preparedness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive, and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge and skill about Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
