Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key stakeholder for the revenue org and main stakeholder for all things Sales Ops.
∎ Go-to expert for the Sales and Leadership teams on all go-to-market and revenue metrics.
∎ Partner with the sales leadership on all operational and analytical requests: team support, quota setting, sales productivity, territory planning, business performance analyses, etc.
∎ Manage sales deal flow and administration of monthly and quarterly sales deals information
∎ Push sales productivity by identifying and eliminating sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
∎ Define quarterly objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase revenue.
∎ Partner with Marketing to define the lead qualification process and standardize business reporting for tracking revenue end-to-end.
∎ Partner with Customer Success to define new accounts hand-off and upsell potential.
∎ Partner with the Product team in order to improve the product and market offering.
∎ Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent.
∎ Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, while delivering actionable business insights and recommendations on how to accelerate revenue generation.
∎ Support sales programs by updating performance, reporting, and communications to participants to drive success.
