Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market analysis report provides to group chief
∎ Report preparation for monthly/weekly marketing meetings
∎ Order volume-wise categorization of buyers
∎ Close correspondence with production about production status
∎ Keep updating the buyers about their production status
∎ Prepare proforma invoices
∎ Arrange sign back from buyers
∎ Sample requisition submission and follow up until received
∎ Debit note and credit note making and settlement
∎ Buyers inquire about records and proceed to the next
∎ Buyers-wise record-keeping12. Item-wise orders record
∎ Collaboration with the team
∎ Fulfill time-to-time assignments from the group chief.
∎ Market analysis report provides to group chief
