∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all sales target and develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential markets.
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak market
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area
∎ Build a strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the Target.
∎ Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customers.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/activities.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential markets along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Find out the market gaps(if any), sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel's to avail the opportunities
∎ Analysis the Market sales report & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Ensure sales distribution, Merchandising, display works which are carried out company's objective.
∎ Maintaining liaison with dealers and retailers.
∎ Regularly monitor segment wise Customer Satisfaction Index to strengthen product performance and customer service activities.
∎ Evaluation of monthly sales performance of all sales areas.
∎ Develop core team and motivated work force for smooth operation by continuously monitoring.
∎ Regular & systematic credits follow up.
∎ Maintaining an increasing and sustainable sales of the company through core activities
∎ Expanding the customer base/Product placement expansion
∎ Compiling, Analyzing and Report sales/collection performance
∎ Other official task and any assignment which assigned by Managing Director

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
