∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Customer service,retail store operation or any other relevant skill training will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area
∎ 2. Provides necessary coaching to retailers/POS sales teams for sales growth and revenue enhancement
∎ 3. Implements projects and trials for the Area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
∎ 4. Visits retailers and Monitor performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ 5. Maintains liaison between distribution center and showrooms to ensure product availability
∎ 6. Analyzes market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales
∎ 7. Keeps himself update regarding competitors activities and local market conditions
∎ 8. Identifies areas of expansion
∎ 9. Supports the delivery of all marketing campaigns as set by the Marketing Department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
