Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Answer Phone calls, direct inquiries and take messages when necessary.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail
∎ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such a filing, data carry, and documents management.
∎ Handle Customer inquiries and provide information about company services.
∎ Perform Other duties as assigned by the management.
