Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving day to day sales target.
∎ Execute the daily sales operations of the outlet efficiently.
∎ Maintain the outlet facilities clean, safe, and impressive to the customers.
∎ Obtain customer feedback and based on that recommend necessary steps for customer satisfaction.
∎ Address customer queries modestly and ensures customer satisfaction as desired.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Maintaining display/ merchandising, so that easy to purchase and appealing as well.
∎ Prepare different reports i.e., sales& inventory reports, etc.
∎ Sense of discipline and punctuality.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
∎ Stock maintenance of products.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the superior.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible to handle customer complaint and solve according to company guideline
∎ Maintain and follow standard POS operating process
∎ Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines ensuring the impactful and appropriate brand presentation at the point of sale.
