∎ Basic technical understanding to assist customers with installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Thorough understanding of the product features, specifications, and benefits and adeptly communicating these to clients.
∎ Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences, demonstrating how smart LED mirrors works.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to better position smart LED mirrors in the market.
∎ Using effective sales techniques to promote smart LED mirrors, highlight their unique selling points, and address any customer concerns or objections.
∎ Developing strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. This includes following up with potential leads and maintaining communication throughout the sales process.
∎ Providing basic technical support and guidance to customers regarding installation, setup, and operation of smart LED mirrors.
∎ Working closely with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase awareness and drive sales of smart LED mirrors.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Generating reports on sales performance and market feedback.
∎ Supervise timely order collection/receiving to ensure timely supply of goods according to the customer's need, schedule and satisfaction.
∎ Manage delivery and logistics operations including delivery channels, routes to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery.
∎ Check the daily stock and availability of products as per the requirement.
∎ Any relevant ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
∎ Elitspire Bangladesh is seeking a capable Sales officer for building up the sales pipeline and ensuring sales targets are met for Smart LED Mirror. The ideal candidate must have experience both in B2B and B2C Sales and will be responsible for (including but not limited to):
