Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operations include Fish Farm, Fish hatchery visit & examine them to diagnose their health problems
∎ Advise to fish farm owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target.
∎ Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
∎ Regular searching and development new dealer & retailer.
∎ Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Dynamic hard working & self motivated with sound physical and mental health.
∎ Mentality to travel extensively
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
