Agribusiness, agro based farm, Agro based items Marketing, agro medicine, AQUA MEDICINE, Dairy Medicine, Feed Marketing, Feed Sales, fish Medicine, fisheries and fish Medicine
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a Sales Team.
∎ Ensure effective monitoring to achieve the set target(s)
∎ Develop and maintain customers or Dealers.
∎ Monitoring sales activities of field force
∎ Search and design new markets & territory
∎ Prepare a new product marketing plan
∎ Providing Technical Support to the farmer
∎ Ability to supervise the team and also train the field forces
∎ Report on marketing and sales activities to the top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Dynamic hard working & self motivated with sound physical and mental health.
∎ Mentality to travel extensively
Salary: Negotiable
