Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and develop new business on assign area/market.
∎ Build a Strong Network in the segment of Traders and End Dealers.
∎ Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections.
∎ Product Sales operation among retailer market base & Via retail market visit.
∎ Plan, organize & develop strategies to ensure the sales target achievement.
∎ Keep update about the competitors' strategies & propose plans to the management regarding market promotional policies.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for assigned location.
∎ Visit Construction sites, Distributors/Dealer/Shops, Hospitals, and retailer markets on a regular basis as per the assigned Route Chart.
∎ Solve trade queries and handle problems in a professional manner.
∎ Attend monthly Sales conference & Prepare market observation report
∎ Achieve organizational goals by achieving the month-to-month given targets through sincere effort.
∎ Prepare marketing and promotional campaign. Monitor different promotional offer & trade offers.
∎ Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit these to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Any other sales tasks as & when assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in any reputed Company, Food & Beverage Company, Consumers Goods Company & Chemicals companies will be given Preference.
∎ Impeccable customer service skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
