Ability to Work Under Pressure, Marketing and Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit teachers and promote books as per daily activities plan.
∎ Ensure the product availability in the adjacent library and also agents.
∎ Follow up the distribution channel.
∎ Collect market intelligence and follow up with the supervisor.
∎ Reporting the supervisor about daily activities.
∎ Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets by leading and motivating the stake holders.
∎ Plan and organize sales activities to ensure the targeted sales within the targeted zone or territory.
∎ Achieve sales target given by the management in a particular territory or zone.
∎ Collect competitor sales data and customer information and report to the respective manager.
∎ Manage Agent / Retailer efficiently and effectively to get maximum output for the sales.
∎ Build strong network with the respective teachers, teaching related institutions and with the Agent / Retailer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be smart, energetic, self-motivated and polite in manner.
∎ Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Positive mindset and result oriented.
∎ Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Need to travel at remote places at any locations in Bangladesh.
∎ Hard working with extrovert quality communication.
∎ Efficient in convincing the stake holders
∎ Ability to work independently with the pace of time under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is expect-able. (MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail).
∎ Experienced persons will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
