Responsibilities & Context:
Collaborate with the executive team in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Train & motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Visit the local market for creating new opportunities.
Maintain & develop a good relationship with customers/feed sellers/retailers through personal contact.
Monitor online sales of agro products.
Should have practical knowledge of different types of poultry feed, cattle feed, fish feed etc.
Evaluate daily, monthly, weekly, and yearly sales reports.
Should have the personal capacity and technical knowledge of handling the various customers in the market.
Developing strategies to boost brand reputation.
Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
