Responsibilities & Context:

Korean/USA/UK Cosmetics and lifestyle product sale
Identify new clients through calls, social media, and referrals.
Convert inbound leads into customers by explaining company services.
Provide clear information on service fees, required documents, and processing time.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Collect and verify client documents and coordinate with the operations team.
Update daily sales activities and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Support basic office tasks and maintain professionalism at all times.
