∎ Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Organize and participate in property visits and events.
∎ Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
∎ Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
∎ Manage client data effectively using CRM tools to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
