Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals successfully.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Approach potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to promote company products and services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Support management in developing pricing strategies and promotional plans.
Assist in training new sales and marketing staff when required.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and market research data.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales and marketing performance.
