Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Site Office: Keranigonj;
∎ Working Office: Bijoy Nagar, Matijheel, Banani.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Land for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Coordinate with Collection and Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Need to study competitors' products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
∎ Submit periodical report to section head for his/her better understanding regarding actual progress.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Specially Land Project Company.
∎ Candidates should be dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing.
∎ Smart in negotiation and presentation.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should have pleasant personality & smart.
∎ Result oriented approach.
