∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct Sales/ Marketing.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Maintain working knowledge of best practices in marketing.
∎ Select & manages ongoing relationship with different markets vendors.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Note: Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Must be smart and well dress up.
∎ Fluent in Speaking and Writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Must be smart, proactive and hardworking.
∎ Creating sales opportunities and Market throughout the country with new ideas and ventures.
∎ Capable to handle whole operation of sales & marketing independently.
∎ May need to work beyond working hours or on the weekly/government holiday for the sake of company requirement and you should accept it un-questioningly.
∎ Should be honest and ethical.
Salary:
∎ Basic : 15,000 /-Food allowance: 1,500 /-T/A : 3,000 /-Mobile bill: + 1,000 /-Total = 20,500 /-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Eid
∎ Weekly Off: Friday
