• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales in leadership, preferably within an OTA-based travel agency.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to strategize and execute marketing campaigns aimed at expending agent networks.

• Proven experience in achieving sales growth and meeting sales targets

Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, Providing strategies to target sales.

• Drive marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and engagement with clients.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential B2B agents to our OTA platform.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
