Job Context:
∎ The following Post /Candidate will be appointed by a Garments Factory of IHM Garments & Textiles Co. Ltd situated in Ishwardi EPZ.
∎ Job Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pakshy, Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments factory.
∎ Follow up for the production, market and customers/buyers
∎ Develop new customers to enhance business in garment-developing new customers is a must.
∎ To prepare and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly strategic business plans.
∎ Providing hands-on follow-up of all daily sales activities for the product/brand segment starting from developing / marketing through order placement and shipment.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all customers and represent company values at the highest possible level.
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve the set targets.
∎ Prepare a brand plan, annual marketing plan with budgets.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Have a Good communication skills.
∎ Honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
∎ Time and stress management skills.
