Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from client inquiry to deal closing and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote real estate projects.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities including Facebook, Google, and social media promotions.
- Build partnerships with agents, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Design promotional materials, brochures, and event campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
