∎ Collaboration with Hotel Departments: Work closely with hotel departments, including operations, banquets, and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
∎ Budget Oversight: Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven track record as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the hotel industry.
∎ Strong understanding of hotel operations and the ability to leverage existing client relationships.
∎ Established a network within the Motijheel area.
∎ Creative mindset with a strategic marketing approach.
