Responsibilities & Context:

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive / Tele-sales Executive to join our team! In this role, you’ll help us reach our sales goals and grow our brand in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make friendly calls to potential and existing clients to share our products and services, find new leads, and set up appointments.
  • Spot new business opportunities and explore emerging markets.
  • Respond to incoming questions and provide info about what we offer.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by clearly explaining the benefits of our products and addressing their concerns.
  • Encourage potential customers to buy from us and aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Keep track of leads and record details from your conversations for follow-up.
  • Provide great customer service and follow up to ensure everyone is happy.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help us improve our products and services.
  • Show off your problem-solving skills and connect well with others.
  • Stay updated on our products, services, promotions, and market trends to make your calls even better.
  • Use our CRM software to keep accurate records of your sales activities and client interactions.
  • Reach out to potential clients through social media, email, and other online platforms to build genuine connections and introduce what we offer.
  • Use Facebook and Instagram to connect with clients in a fun and meaningful way.
