• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for travel and customer service.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in content creation, SEO, and online advertising.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at TAKE A TRIP, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling travel services to potential customers.

You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel experiences that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales techniques to maximize revenue and build the brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities

• Sales Development and Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing customers.
• Identify potential markets and generate leads through various channels including social media, email marketing, events, and networking.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Marketing Campaigns and Strategy: Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Develop content for digital platforms including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and providing solutions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their travel preferences, provide tailored travel packages, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Brand Promotion :Represent TAKE A TRIP at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other media outlets to promote the brand and services.
• Ensure that the company’s brand and messaging is consistent across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance against targets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the operations and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality travel experiences.
• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and other travel-related businesses to secure the best deals for customers.
