Job Context:
∎ We are a property development Company in Bangladesh who are involved in the construction and development of hotel and resort projects. We are looking for skilled personnel to generate sales. Those who can influence potential customers to buy products or services are welcome.
∎ Job Scope:
∎ Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking data, and creating performance reports.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Representing international 4 star quality hotel brands in the tourism sector in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh and selling hotel ownership.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for our products and services.
∎ Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets.
∎ Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
∎ Conduct overall sales and marketing activities including market research, sales presentation, sales and marketing trend analysis, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ Setting up, planning, optimizing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies through social media and online channels.
∎ Managing high quality relationships with existing and new clients.
∎ Attend various fairs & Events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 3 years of experience within the Real Estate / Property Development industry (Timeshare priority).
∎ Experience in strategy development within Branding, Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
∎ Ability to work under pressure. Will be interested in other work in the interest of the company.
∎ Superior organizational and time management skills.
∎ Wide knowledge of computers, especially Microsoft Office, design software and the Internet etc. Ability to work and plan on her/his own, unsupervised, report periodically and asses with the management. Proven track record would be preferred. Ability and interest in customer relationship building and public relations.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
