Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Graduate, BBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key selling points: selling high-end luxury holiday villas & exclusive land, visiting prospective clients, accompanying clients to the property site, and discussing conditions of sale.
∎ Assist in achieving business goals, looking for an outstanding & self-motivated person for the following position immediately.
∎ Highly motivated to convert sales lead into sales and generate revenue.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly & set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ To maintain relationships with existing customers.
∎ To create a solid database of prospective customers.
∎ Report to the department manager when & where required.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.
∎ To achieve sales targets and set new targets as well.
∎ To visit the project location with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Responsible for attending site office duty and searching outdoor prospects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e- Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Must be outspoken, and lively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft office package.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills.
∎ Need to join as soon as possible.
