∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Real Estate related information and services to clients as per set service policy of the organization through an effective presentation.
∎ Day to day sales operations such as cold call, follow-up call.
∎ Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
∎ To set up meetings with potential clients along with team leader.
∎ Advise Team Leader in case of developing new policies to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To maintain a strong database to generate prospective leads and attracting investment
∎ Seeking new customer to meet up sales target in the long run.
∎ Build company image with professionalism, behavior & refraining from any kind of negative activities
∎ Update and maintain relationship with existing potential customers.
∎ Ensure clients engagements to the project, arrange project Visit etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
