We're seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive who can drive growth by selling our cutting-edge softwares, mobile app and digital marketing solutions using company leads as well as their own network.
𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨::
Generate new leads through personal networks, digital platforms, and field marketing, and convert them into sales.
Promote and sell company software solutions and mobile applications to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and new customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand client needs, present tailored software solutions, and communicate key product features effectively.
Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to develop effective marketing strategies.
Meet or exceed assigned targets through consistent effort, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report sales performance to management.
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

1 to 3 years Practical Experiences
The applicants should have experience areas: Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Marketing Service Company
Corporate Sales, Software Sales Marketing, Tender Processing, E-commerce
Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or IT services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good command in English and Bangla (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
