We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Trainee to support the sales and client engagement of aluminum-based refractory bricks, used in high-temperature applications across metal, glass, cement, and chemical industries.
Who We’re Looking For :
We’re looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Associate who is passionate about learning, ready to work in a fast-paced environment, and eager to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities :
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be a key member of our Marketing Department, responsible for:
Monitoring and identifying government and private sector procurement opportunities.
Preparing and organizing procurement documentation, marketing materials, and product presentations.
Maintaining and updating our CRM database for clients, vendors, and partners.
Supporting both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinating with sourcing, operations, and logistics teams to align communications and delivery plans.
Gathering market feedback, conducting sales reporting, and performing data analysis in Excel to support decision-making.
Requirements :
Bachelor/Honors North South University, University of Dhaka, BRAC University, East West University, Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference.
Fresh graduates from a reputed university with a Bachelor are in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in English & Bengali
High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and commitment
Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
