We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Trainee to support the sales and client engagement of aluminum-based refractory bricks, used in high-temperature applications across metal, glass, cement, and chemical industries.
Who We’re Looking For :
A smart, driven engineering graduate who is eager to learn, thrives in industrial environments, and can communicate complex technical ideas clearly. No prior sales experience is needed — just curiosity, energy, and a willingness to grow.
Responsibilities :
Understand product features and technical applications of aluminum refractory bricks
Engage with B2B clients in sectors like steel, cement, ceramics, glass, and chemicals
Assist senior team in site visits, thermal application assessments, and presentations
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for smooth order fulfillment
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, sales documentation, and after-sales support
Build relationships with plant engineers, procurement heads, and factory managers
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Materials Science & Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgical or Ceramic Engineering
Strong communication skills in English & Bengali
Passion for industrial materials and manufacturing processes
Willingness to travel to industrial zones (Gazipur, Narayanganj, Chattogram, etc.)
High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and commitment
Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
