Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target in National level
∎ Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market
∎ Drive and motivate the sales team relentlessly to achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly product-wise primary and secondary sales targets
∎ Selecting and Appointing Team Members
∎ Conduct training for Sales Team
∎ Have to maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of reports as required
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary actions
∎ Ensure the effective Execution of trade promotions, consumer offers & POSMs in National Level
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetic & Toiletries Products
∎ Candidate having experience in selling Soap will get preference
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working
∎ Must have proven track record of strong team leadership and large-scale team management
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel
∎ Must have the skill in communication
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Willing to take extensive field visits across Bangladesh
