∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
∎ BBA / MBA in Marketing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve primary and secondary sales target/ budget.
∎ Guide and push the Sales Officers to achieve daily target memo and targeted sales per memo.
∎ Drive and motivate the sales team relentlessly to achieve weekly and monthly product-wise secondary sales targets.
∎ Increase coverage of Outlets & Markets.
∎ Ensure product visibility in the outlets through merchandising activities regularly.
∎ Maintain sufficient stocks at Distributors Warehouse.
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary actions.
∎ Execute trade promotion, consumer offer & POSMs in the market.
∎ Keep and have to be up dated all types of sales related documentation.
∎ Collect information about competitors' activities in the market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetic & Toiletries Products.
∎ Candidate having experience in selling Soap will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working.
∎ Must have the skills in MS word, MS-excel.
∎ Must have the skill in communication.
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking.
