Mobile phone device industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving regional sales targets aligned with national sales planning.
∎ Ensure product placement per shop based on its category. Ensure standard repeat placement based on model-wise safety stock requirements.
∎ Ensure dealer performance (Investment, Sales target achievement, dedicated DSR, set-up, service support, coverage, reporting, compliance)
∎ Supervise, train, and lead the dealers' sales team.
∎ Market visit, build rapport with the retailers to increase recommendation through product knowledge and mitigate the market problem.
∎ Supervise, train, and lead the team to cope with the regional plan.
∎ Finalize top performing classified outlets for selection towards execution
∎ Analyze Outlet wise performance & take initiatives for poor-performing outlets
∎ Classified outlet investment, stock, and people standardization
∎ Take initiatives & measures to achieve the BS target in line with the regional BS sales plan. Give more emphasis on a high-value product to increase ASP.

∎ Applicants must have to be fluent in English.
