∎ MA / Business graduate from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have strong knowledge about Visa processing of several countries of the world, especially Thailand, Malaysia, China, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Australia, U.K., USA, Schengen, Canada etc.
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Ensure valid travel documents, work permit, visa on arrival, security clearance for the expatriate employees/guests and high officials of the group.
∎ VISA issues, Hotel Reservations related activities of high official as and when necessary.
∎ Create new and maintain existing relationships with local organizations, hotels, companies, etc. in the tourism industry.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, security clearance authorities, customs, immigration authority
∎ Maintain Proper Documentation and Communication with offices.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail and calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
∎ Provide support to the HR & Administrative department when needed.
∎ Reporting to assigned department.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
∎ Arrange scheduled meetings external.
∎ Dispatch /receive letter or documents.
∎ Maintain access control for visitors
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email & Internet access.
∎ Preparing appropriate objectives, plans, and strategies for fire extinguishing products.
∎ Preparing short and long-term marketing plans and sales forecasts on assigned products.
∎ Generating innovative ideas in developing and changing promotional strategies and programs.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience will be good enough.
