Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Candidate Must Have Experience of Software Sales.
∎ Meet sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve target.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Preparing report for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Submit Daily Sales activity report to the Management.
∎ Understand the vision of the Company and successfully implement positive changes to support innovation and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target
∎ Supervise, monitor and follow up team members to retain existing and potential customers and increase sales volume.
∎ Must Have working experience in Software Company.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
