∎ Qualifications and Skills:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Experience in Architectural/Engineering Consultancy is highly desirable.
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales or a managerial role, preferably in the Design Consultancy, construction, or real estate industry.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams effectively.
∎ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead a team.
∎ Knowledge of market trends and competitive strategies.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
∎ Meet with clients in person and over the phone to manage inquiries, present services, and handle negotiations effectively.
∎ Monitor and report on client expectations, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
∎ Lead, train, and manage Sales Officers, ensuring they are well-prepared for the market and achieving their individual targets.
∎ Plan and manage sales routes and key accounts to optimize market coverage.
∎ Visit client offices to promote Studio Dhaka's brand and services, fostering new and long-term relationships.
∎ Collaborate with existing clients to understand their requirements and maintain strong partnerships.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to organize and optimize total sales strategies.
