• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Experience managing a showroom or retail outlet in Uttara area

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in clothing or lifestyle showrooms, strong team leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales operations of the showroom
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse team
• Plan and execute sales promotions and showroom campaigns
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
• Maintain visual merchandising standards of the showroom
• Build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat sales
