Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, guiding, and improving sales performance across company-owned outlets and franchise outlets of Grain Pastry and Bakery. The role requires strong leadership, sales planning, and hands-on guidance to ensure outlets and franchise partners achieve company-defined sales targets and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive sales performance of all company-owned and franchise outlets
  • Develop sales strategies, targets, and action plans for outlets and franchises
  • Guide, train, and motivate outlet sales teams and franchise staff to meet company expectations
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and marketing teams to support sales growth
  • Support franchise onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management
  • Visit outlets and franchise locations as required to ensure compliance and performance
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and franchise partners
