Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate quality leads.
Collect, organize, and manage leads from various sources.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication with clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Present and position the company as a leading property solutions provider.
Prepare and submit accurate price quotations to clients.
Follow up consistently to secure work orders from clients.
Ensure proper documentation and signing of agreements.
Coordinate and confirm collection of advance payments.
Handover confirmed projects to the technical operations team.
Monitor project progress and maintain client communication.
Follow up until successful completion of the project.
Ensure client satisfaction and support repeat business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of Maintenance & Repair Services, including common property issues and solutions
Understanding of Thai Glass & Aluminum Works, materials, and installation processes
Knowledge of Renovation & Interior Design concepts, materials, and cost factors
Familiarity with Property Management practices and tenant handling
Understanding of Rental Services & Collection processes and client coordination
Knowledge of Buy-Sell & Property Consultancy procedures and market trends
Basic understanding of Legal & Registration Support, including documentation and compliance
Awareness of Payment & Credit Realization processes and financial follow-ups
Understanding of Construction & Project Supervision workflow and coordination
Knowledge of handling Emergency Property Services and urgent client needs
