Job Overview:
We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with vast experience in Modern Trade & Corporate. A Sales Manager (Modern Trade & Corporate) drives profitable growth by developing strategies for supermarkets, hypermarkets, and corporate clients, managing key account relationships, negotiating contracts, leading sales teams, ensuring product visibility, and analyzing market trends to hit sales targets and expand market share. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on both large retail chains (Modern Trade) and institutional/business clients (Corporate)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare an annual sales plan & implement strategies to make sales & achieve the sales target.
Develop and execute sales plans for modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and corporate clients to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and stakeholders in retail chains
Drive sales, manage promotions, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal product assortment, display, and stock rotation
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to identify opportunities and issues.
Provide regular reports on sales, distribution, budgets, and performance to senior management.
Coordinate orders, manage supply chain flow, and resolve operational issues like stock-outs.
Achieve targets for sales, market share, and profitability within the modern trade channel & corporate
Ensure strong product presence and effective in-store execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies, channel plans, and joint business plans for modern trade & corporate
