• Excellent and Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic-related software.

• Excellent knowledge in visualization of products & packaging.

• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media platforms, including social media posts, website

• banners, email newsletters, and marketing materials.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have good knowledge of packet design, and social media ad design.

• Packet material designers will be given priority.

• Must have a good portfolio.

• Experience: We prioritize creativity and practical design skills over formal academic qualifications. However, prior experience in graphic design is highly valued. Candidates with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in dynamic environments such as corporate offices, marketing agencies, e-commerce, or FMCG industries, are preferred. Experience in designing for multiple platforms (social media, print, digital) and familiarity with brand consistency and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) is highly desirable.

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and creative Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling and expertise in creating impactful designs for digital and print platforms. Key responsibilities include designing engaging visuals for social media, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials; collaborating with the marketing and branding teams to ensure creative consistency; and developing innovative concepts that align with brand objectives. Proficiency in software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools is essential. A strong portfolio, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a must. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative visual concepts for a wide range of FMCG projects, Packaging, including E-commerce, digital ads, websites,

• social media assets, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.

• Create layouts, illustrations, typography, and other graphic elements for both print and digital media.

• Optimize designs for different formats, ensuring the highest quality across all channels (web, social media, mobile, print, etc.).

• Develop brand assets, marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.

• Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, and Google Ads banners.

• Design advertisements for local media to promote the center`s services.

• Work closely with branding teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

• Prepare multiple design projects with an attention to detail and deadlines.

Compensation Package:

• Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 taka (depending on skills)

• Annual salary increment (Eligibility conditions may apply)

• Two (2) times yearly festival bonus (Eligibility conditions may apply)
