QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional certifications in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Visual Effects will be considered a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Experience in creating engaging content for digital platforms, especially social media and advertising.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and branding teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

• A creative, disciplined, and self-motivated individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

EXPERIENCE

• We prioritize creative excellence and technical proficiency. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of proven experience in motion graphics design, animation, and visual storytelling. Hands-on experience with creating engaging animations for digital campaigns, social media, adver-tisements, and corporate videos is essential. The ideal candidate must be skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Pho-toshop, with a strong sense of timing, composition, and visual rhythm. Familiarity with 3D motion tools, video editing workflows, and branding guidelines will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in collaborating with marketing and creative teams to deliver visu-ally compelling content on time is highly valued.

• We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, video editing, and visual storytelling across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include designing engaging motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and promotional videos; editing video content with visual effects and sound design; and collaborating with the marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency. Proficiency in software like After Effects, Pre-miere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and internal communications.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideas that align with brand identity and campaign goals.

• Design dynamic graphics for intros, outros, transitions, and animated elements in videos and presentations.

• Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion effects, sound design, and animated overlays.

• Maintain consistency in visual storytelling, brand colors, typography, and animation styles across all assets.

• Manage project timelines, meet deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality production standards.

• Organize and maintain a motion graphics asset library for reusable templates, transitions, and effects.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software, and animation techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.

• Support the creative team in refining visual content and ensuring a seamless viewer experience across multimedia outputs.

• Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 taka (depending on skills)

• Annual salary increment (Eligibility conditions may apply)

• Two (2) times yearly festival bonus (Eligibility conditions may apply)
