Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, Radiology systems, and Digital Radiography (DR) equipment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the medical equipment industry, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management within this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for medical imaging products (X-ray, Radiology, DR machines).
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Translate sales strategies into actionable plans and ensure their implementation across the team.
Adjust plans based on performance data, market feedback, and competitive activity.
Work closely with the marketing, technical support, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
