Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, Radiology systems, and Digital Radiography (DR) equipment. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the medical equipment industry, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and client relationship management within this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for medical imaging products (X-ray, Radiology, DR machines).

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

  • Translate sales strategies into actionable plans and ensure their implementation across the team.

  • Adjust plans based on performance data, market feedback, and competitive activity.

  • Work closely with the marketing, technical support, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
