Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our network in Europe.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients/candidates.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients/candidates.
∎ Strong leadership and team collaboration skill·
∎ Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction·
∎ Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently·
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are met.
∎ Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
∎ Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling objections.
∎ We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business in the European job placement sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manpower industry, with proven expertise in securing and managing contracts with European employers.
