Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our heavy machinery and industrial equipment business. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, proven sales leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales of industrial equipment, including:

    • Fiber Laser Cutting Machines

    • Hydraulic Shearing Machines

    • Hydraulic Bending Machines

    • Hydraulic Press Brake Machines

    • Batch Plant Parts

    • Industrial Machine Parts

    • Industrial Knives, Blades, and Dies

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives

  • Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities

  • Lead high-value negotiations and contract closures

  • Conduct professional product presentations and technical consultations

  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum BSc or MSc degree from a reputed university

  • Experience: 7–10 years of proven experience in heavy machinery or industrial equipment sales

  • Strong understanding of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and key account management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and drive results
